Contacted Thomas Varghese on an emergency basis and they came home to help with a cockroaches and other pest problems (left over by the tenant Mr. Balbir Choudhary) the very next day. Good going so far. Have to wait and watch their overall service level in this first yearly contract with Unique Pest Control.
