Worst experience ever! I booked over 24hrs prior & also got the confirmation along with driver name. Later, today just 2 hrs before the scheduled time, I have been informed that driver is not available and booking is getting cancelled. Now, we have planned everything and do not have any alternative arrangement. This is very unprofessional! One has to always think for a backup plan if Ezidrive is booked.
