purchased rice cooker(croma brand ) 0n 1.11.2012 till date it is repaired four times. To my surprise customer care service staff,s behavior,is worst, imagine the quality of product they are supposed to change the cooker but the staff not agreeing for this my suggestion never buy products from croma
