Cheated by them. Had the most awful experience speaking with manager shreepada. They kept my bajaj vegetable chopper from 13th July 2013 with a promise to repair/replace it. After innumerable follow ups I was promised that my product will be replaced and a requisition had been sent to Bajaj for the same. They kept giving excuses throughout August and finally on 30th August 2013 told me to take back my product as their policies had changed from 1/8/2013 & that they will no longer repair/replace my product.my call reported no is 987.unethical people....visit at ur own risk
