Last week I took a friend's father who had severe geriatric herpes to Dr. Mukta. She was extremely professional, and realising that he was in a bad shape and had a lot of bleeding, she requested other patients waiting if he could be seen first by her and immediately took him in for consultation. Her recommendation was to admit him, which is what our family physician had also told us. We took him to Manipal as per our family physician's recommendation, and Dr. Mukta went out of her way to call up Manipal and ensure that he was admitted immediately. After that she made sure to visit him regularly even though he was assigned under another Dermatologist at Manipal. I feel her dedication to her customers and genuine concern for their well being is remarkable...i feel she is genuinely doing tests only to ensure that the diagnosis is correct and problem gets resolved without mis-medication. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mukta to others!
