These people's were great. Diagnosed the problem with a picture I emailed them. They came over, grabbed the TV, came back the next day with the TV working perfectly. They charged the quote that had given over the phone. They were fast and easy and I didn't feel ripped. In fact they saved me from having to buy another TV, I highly recommend these guys. Not too many honest people like this in the world. Very refreshing !
