This was a worst shopping experience I had in my lifetime. I purchased 3 ACs: 1 Voltas 1.5 ton PXR, 2 Voltas 1 ton PXR and told them I would like to have silver color for all of them. 1 day before delivering the ACs, their sales representative Madhu called and told that they only have 1 model available for 1 ton AC and would like to replace with EXR model. I agreed to that. But to my surprise when they delivered the AC and when the Voltas installation guys unpacked for installation, all the three ACs were of different color, 1 Silver, 1 Red and 1 white. I chose the color of my rooms based on Silver AC color and everything in vain. When I called them up to ask for the reason, they are not at all willing to talk. So I would like to recommend everyone not to purchase anything from Sales Emporium otherwise they will also fall in similar trap.
