Terrible Service!!!
I took their services to get my household stuff transported to Jaipur. Following were the problems encountered:
1. the crew came of packing didnt behave like civilized persons. They tried to climb on a water tap to peek into the bathroom window of my landlord and broke the tap in this process.
2. movers and packers told me that it would take 15 days to transport the stuff but they took more than a month and when enquired about there was no satisfactory answer.
3. I was told that it would be door to door delivery.
but after a month they called me to pick the stuff from Transport Nagar in Jaipur. That place is around 7-8 Km away from my house. I was out of city and my father had eye operation few days back that time. When I called the contact person Narendra he talked in very rude manner. They asked me to pay 2000 Rs extra to get the stuff from Transport Nagar to my home. Which i paid as i didnt have any other option.
Damaged my motorcycle during transit.
Overall not satisfied with their service and shall not recommend to any one. Beware if you are dealing with these fellows.
