Worst ever support and staff , especially accounts department . Customer services are of no good they keeps saying yes but do not understand anything . I had applied to connection , when it came to collect money for subscription request they came in night 10 PM but when it was for installation and support they kept me waiting for days ( with commitments of coming in 30 mins everytime I calls ) and accounts deppt says you should wait as they are very busy .......... Tag of Disgusting support is all I have for them ..........
