My name is Preethi, I'm a Doctor from Adyar, Chennai. I have been frequenting the Indira nagar naturals salon for the past one year. I should say, the quality of service has gradually deteriorated over the period and now its just PATHETIC. There are various instances I can quote. But the ones that I'm going to mention are the most horrible ones:
1. I went to the Naturals parlour one week back to get gold facial done but they suggested another facial - I think its called Hydromoist. I don't know the name of the person who did the service. Two days from that I started getting rashes. I felt something was wrong and went to a dermatologist. He said it was all PIMPLES. I was shocked and the reason is the facial I got done. He said its because of either faulty technique or unhygienic means. I was devastated. Everyone goes to salon, to take better care of skin . Not to get pimples on normal skin !!! Such was the service delivered by your NATURALS SALON. I still have the bill and the pictures taken once I started getting those rashes. Who is going to answer my questions ??
2. I went for waxing last month. And was given a robe to change. That robe stinked of sweat !! I pay big bucks to wear an unwashed robe used by someone else ? Is that what is called service. What is the management doing ! I asked the service girl to get me a new one. She did. But who knows for sure whether that was washed too ! I should have got alerted then and stopped myself from visiting NATURALS. Its because of my continued trust, I'm suffering now.
I'm definitely never going to recommend any NATURALS for my family or friends. That is the least I can do after my experience.
