Worst service center I had ever visited. Staff is rude and un-supportive. I have plenty of reason for un-satisfaction.
1. They call me and told service center is open on 15th Aug. I reminded them, that its 15th August must be public holiday but guy told that service center is open. I went for servicing, watchman at gate told me its public holiday and service center is close. Nobody call me to inform that service center is off on 15 August and your service is postponed or cancel.
2. They charge 375 Rs per/service but they just do washing and nut tightening nothing else. IF you go outside with 150Rs-200Rs you will washing and oiling and miscellaneous other task. Also some time they didn't wash your bike and charge 375Rs, total waste of money.
3. Staff is very very rude and unsupported. I told them that bike head is not fixed and not properly align as of company fitting. his reply is "vo to vaisa hi rahega. Abhi kuch nahi ker sakate hai". they charge 70 Rs for chain greaseing and my chain is full of rust without any greaseing When I remind him he just sprey greasing only from out of chain. from other side chain remain un grease. I am surprise they charge 70 rs for this. It took hardly 30 sec. and very little oil.
4. In one of servicing my bike clock is not sync with actual time which was on right time before servicing.(I have dazzler which show timing in dashboard). No one take effort that bike is properly serviced or not. Every time I have to remind them that this is not proper. I doubt that they also steal petrol from bike. Since every time I left bike for servicing it come to reserve
5. Buying or sending bike to pratik Honda is waste of time and money. Instead don't buy any Honda bike. If you are honda bike friend then buy bike any where else from Pratik Honda. Also never ever go to service center of Pratik Honda. Service is very very expensive in comparison with service that they provide.
