They are the worst hosting company in India. They host email and website services through HostCats services. I am with them since a year now and every month they have some issue with their server and I face a downtime of 24 hours. I receive at least 4 emails from our clients every hour, hence nearly 100 emails are missed during their downtime. Our clients are also annoyed with us due to this downtime.
They do not have phone support after 6.30 pm in the evening; hence can only interact with them via email. After constantly following with their team via email, they rectify the issue. Their whole team is useless. They operate from a home converted into an office. I even had trouble explaining to them to build my website. I had been to their office nearly 5 times to get the website up and running, as they didnât understand website alterations and feedback via my detailed emails. Very unprofessional team. I am planning to move out to another hosting company by this week.
