ICME has a very unprofessional staff. We have been dealing with them for over a year, but their service was very poor. On raising a request, the service professional did not even turn up 15 days later. On top of it, the staff no longer responds to our phone calls although we have paid an advance AMC. We are now looking for a different organization to fulfill our needs although we have 6 months of AMC pending due to no service.
