I can not understand how this agency works.Since Nov2012,my connection B6820
could not be traced in their records.I submitted application on 21Nov2012,along with blue book
and affidavit for loss of original papers along with copy of my voter ID.They told me at each
occasion that it will take time.How much?no idea.I needed only transfer voucher so that
in future if required,I can take connection.Will they ever do the needful?
