i really appreciate their service, but one day i was little bit late to reach their but the security guard was not allowing to go inside its around 11 pm, but still their was customer inside and eating, i told him i just need only 1 regular ice tea and security guy told me he won't allow me to go inside, then i was about to leave the place, and the security guard respond in a very cheap class without any respect and with loud sound and told me to leave, then i was little bit angry, and then next day i went and complaint to the manager and explain what was happen on that day, then i told him to call the security guy inside to compromise it, then he call him inside and i told him in a very nice way, instead of that, the security guy again spoke without any respect with loud voice, and i told to manager " it's the way did you talk with the customer like this"? he send the security guy outside and told sorry to me by the manager, and i told that i want to hear that word "sorry" from that security guy, and i leave the place, then the next day i went and then the security guy told me that i was drunken that day not only that an he told that i beat him, he lie to the manager, then after i came out some guy was their and without any word i was pull back by them and beaten up and after some time then police came and i explain that what was happen then even the police man is not ready to listen my word, because i was from other state and then they are supporting them, and i ask to that police man sir can i talk to you for 2 minute, then he reply to lift the place and never come here again, the security guy lie to them and they all are together, so with dew respect i want to take action about this to the authority of Mc Donald's, so please take action, and suppose if it happen to you what you will fell.. hope you will understand what i m felling now.. because of that security guy lie to them and they support him it really cheap class and same less thing, so please understand my request... thanks...!! hope you will reply my request very soon...
