I have undertaken the tour package from TravelNMore, Kolkata for Bagdogra- Darjeeling-Gangtok in the month of May 2013. However the Agency does not cover all the spots committed to be covered and not given the gifts and travel bags as promised in the schedule provided to me. Thereafter the agency promised to refund the money against the spots which were not covered by them and assured that the gifts and complementary package will be provided. The Agency neither refunded the money so far, nor sent any gifts and travel bags nor offered any complementary travel package. Thus this travel agency is cheating the costumers.
