First two bookings with them went well, and just when i has started recommending them they messed it up all!!! so guys before trusting think twice!! i booked a driver for 3.30 and they confirmed the booking, then they called up to say no driver was available for 3.30 so they can send a driver only by 4, so i waited finally at 4 there was no msg and no call from any driver so i called them up and they asked if they could send someone at 4.30, by that time i was late and fuming as i had shifted my doctor's appointment to 4.30. anyways they completely messed it up for me, if they cant provide someone on time atleast they can inform that no one is available!!! disgusting is the word and to top it all their manager told me that earlier they have provided drivers on time!! does that give them an excuse to mess up things and then after saying they could send a driver at 4.30 they said they can only send someone by 8!!!! please look for other reliable options if you want to operate according to your plan!!
Just one word!!! stay away!!! yes i took long time to realize that and got carried away by he sweet nature, it is true that she has a good skin store but she also needs to understand the need of each skin, first she gave me a fragranced moisturiser which sucked up the moisture in my skin completely and to arrest that when my skin started flaking she gave me a steroid and another moisturiser from the same brand so more damage and fragranced face wash!!! well and its so weird i arrived at her clinic saying had an appointment so at the reception they said for peel i said no and then they said i could meet some dr sunita and then they said mukta is busy in a meeting when i said i want to meet her only they sent me upstairs, i guess she was busy in some procedure which is fine, anyways the fact is maybe she is good in manipal but at her clinic she isnt!!! i had to visit one more doctor and he gave me simple normal cheaper easily available options i know it will take time to now correct the damage already done! oh one more thing on one more occasion icalled the clinic for an appointment and they said its full but still i landed in the evning and it was empty and doctor was available!!!! i think there are better alternatives available in the city so guys please dont risk it!!!
