Hostile environment: This people are Crazy and don't know how to respond to customers and most of them are uneducated and the Security Guard Umesh would literally hit a customer if he doesn't like them: They don't have a return policy and the owner himself told me he gets 50 customers who come for exchange monthly and he kiks them out like dirt! and he would kick me if din walk out simply, and the Sales Girl Saraswarthi is the opinion leader to the Billing Clerk in the Billing Counter : She would bluntly say it has some dirt on it and can not be exchanged: also When I had gone to purchase the first time she would give the patiyala to see only If I Paid! My personal opinion the cloth I bought from them have shrunk or faded in 2 washes and I will not go or refer anyone in fact wouldn't mind putting these people behind bar's for their behavior with
