The service sucks at the store here in chembur. They give a wrong item, in the box and tell us then do not know nething about it when you ask them. The toy department boy shouts back when you call asking them about the item. I guess his name is ganesh. When complains call come the supervisor just vanishes. I had bad experiences the first time i bought a dress for my girl. The very first time it tore like a paper. I mean the material is so cheap. I do not know why i keep on going in this store. Very bad behaviour. They are very good at selling you the item, but when you come back with a problem they fight and shouts at us back very rudely. I shop at all the places around mumbai, but this kind of bad service never got it. Suggestion to all the chembur ppl stay away from that shop. you just going to regret it...
