I am a regular user of Ezi Drive services and in my last 3.5 years of using their service except for one or two odd instances, I have found their services reliable. There have been instances where the company has not been able to send me drivers at the appointment hour owing to driver shortage or some internal reasons but most of their drivers who came for my duty were well behaved and had decent driving skills. I would definitely recommend their services to someone looking to hire a driver simply b'coz I am unable to find a better alternative than Ezi Drive.
