Samsung Smart Cafe, Bangalore. Its just 3 months old n thrice, we have given to the service center and the problem is still not resolved. The problems were severe heating issues, phone rebooting of a sudden, battery getting off suddenly, sim not registered in the network everyday.
Everytime, different guys call from Samsung customer care and tells us to give it to the service center but you need to understand that we paid 40.5 k for this phone. Initially there was problem with the motherboard and now many other problems.
Never expected a service from a reputed company and lost all the respect I had for this brand.
Why dont u guys accept that the phone has a problem? Very sad.
