One experience with bounce has scared me off them for life. I thought I would get a trendy hairstyle and as a friend is a major fan of bounce I went ahead and tried it. The stylist was a junior lady who had no clue about my hair texture or face cut to suggest a nice look and to top it off she chopped my hair in a very bad style. I am a regular person at their original sister salon (Kanya beauty...) in indiranagar, when they saw the bounce hair cut they were so shocked that they rectified it for free... Although I had to loose a lot of my curls in the process and make do with really short hair for some time, at least I am glad that Kanya recognized and rectified the error. Sibling cover up style ....
