Regarding my complaint to the store owner about the cheating... the owner as promised called up by 10 PM last night after checking with the store keeper. He also informed me that the store keeper had charged me more which I never knew and he wants to return it to me. He asked me to come today. After I went there, he thanked me for bringing this to his notice and also apologized for the whole thing. He returned me the excess amount that was charged. He also gave me the charges for the calls that I made. He was also about to give money for the fuel expenses for my travelling but I refused to take it. He complimented me by giving a family pack ice cream with bill. He again thanked me for bringing it to his notice and made sure this will not happen again.
The shop guys here cheats their shop owners here...Be aware while paying the bill. I had been here with my friends today. Took on 2 regular bavarian chocolate, 1 three chocolate and 1 flavour of the month. The guys asked for Rs.380 and there was no bill. I asked for the breakup and he tore a paper from a notebook and started to write down the list and the amount came up to 323 including tax.
2 Bavarien chocolate - Rs.160/- including tax
1 Flavor of the month - Rs.48/-
1 three chocolate - Rs.75/-
2 wafers - Rs.40/-
The total came upto Rs.323/- including tax. I asked the shop keeper on how he calculated it as Rs.380. So he told he got confused in calculating. Finally he gave me the paper he tore from the book as the breakup list, it has no name of the store, nor address, date, seal or sign. I finally paid the bill through my card.
Then I came home and called up the number given in the contact list above (9945439845). The person who picked the call confirmed that the billing machine is not working but they are providing a manuall billing from their billing book. I informed him about the paper that I got as a bill. He told his shop keepers are doing it without his knowledge and he will enquire about it and will get back to me.
I am happy that the owner came to know about the cheating done by his guys...Poor owner, they trust them and this is what they get.
Next time, you guys go there, ask for a manual bill atleast.
