The worst mobile store with worst people I have ever seen. Recently purchased one Nokia Asha 210 phone from this store. Within 48 hours, I observed hanging issue with the phone. I called the mobile store customer care and they told me to contact nokia care. When I called nokia care, they told me that if any issue is found within 48 hours, the dealer should replace it. These smart mobile store customer care people never told me this information that the phone should be replaced by them. Then I went to nokia care to repair the handset after 10 days as I faced similar issues time to time. The nokia care could not repair the handset at that point of time and told me either I ask mobile store to replace this mobile or nokia will take 10 working days to repair any hardware or software issue. As the mobile store was just few meters from Nokia care on CMH road, I went to them.
The store person is telling me that I should visit/call the store mentioning that problem. I told them that I called your care number and your people are not giving correct and complete information. Also they don't have any store number on their bills given to customers. At last he is not agreeing to replace and I have to give my phone to nokia to repair in 10-15 days which they will send to head office for verification.
I had a very very bad feedback on the mobile store. Please donot buy from these stores. Real rascal and crap people...I could have used very nasty words against them, but people will not change like dog's tail.
