i am the most regular customer to KALA. usually i use to my credit card to purchase petrol. today while filling they told that machine is not working. i apologised & requested them to come along with me to near by ATM to collect the money.they refused and asked me to pledge mobile or watch. i gave them my ID CARD. just i moved to draw the money from ATM. immediately they caught hold the vehicle & tried to attack me and snatched the key. i parked the vehicle there and draw the money from ATM and paid.THE BEHAVIOUR OF THEM IS VERY BAD. I WILL NOT VISIT KALA IN FUTURE. AND I WILSTOP MY CO'S 20 VEHICLES TO GO THERE.
