We booked tickets for to and fro to Cumbum from Chennai. It is a berth. But we do not have the shelf to keep out things. We could neither keep out things down. Beacuse there were seaters down. So we could manage only a little space after keeping our luggage in the bert. But the bed was not clean and with lot of bug biting we could not sleep. The bed was not clean.
But there was more problem while returning. We were informed that our bus was cancelled just before 1.30 hours before departure timings. I think joy travels sold my tickets for higher rates, Because a bus came at the stipulated time which we booked but joy travels staff told that it is a different special bus.
I am just a fool to book in this travels.
