i had purchased a airtel sim mobile no-9971257803 3 years ago with my friend's Id, now there is no network in the phone some technical issues and i have raised complaint regarding this Complaint no: cindl31028496837
now the technical engineer is saying that go to ARM center and buy a duplicate sim so please let me know can i get duplicate sim with my ID proof or they will take the same ID proof which were used at the time of sim puchasing.
