Worst Customer Service â US PIZZA
Well, it was 7pm on a Saturday weekend that we wanted to order Char KA Dum ( 4 Veg Pizzas ) as a snacker in the evening.

Got the following message
OOPS..! U.S.Pizza.org is under Maintenance we will come back soon...
Okay!! We called the customer care number 1860 425 4444 to order, who gives another number 040- 3221-1322 (Local number) which was not reachable for about an hour and later was ringing but disconnected.
As, mentally we wished to try US PIZZA that Saturday evening called customer care number 1860 425 4444 again to inform about non responsive number. They gave 9376943335 number and asked us to file a complaint with Mr. Oliver. I requested them to take my order; however they said, they can only give local numbers, but canât place orders.
Further attempted to grab those pizzas, walked in at Vidyanagar US PIZZA to order Char Ka Dum. The waiter there informs that the ordered item is unavailable in their center and asked us to choose something else, which is at a higher cost or got to a different center.
Do we have only US PIZZA to eat? We called Dominos to get a similar offer (COMBO OFFER) with better customer service, taste and complimentary beverages.
I have eaten in US PIZZA in the past too, the pizzas are ok, but they seem to be not â Reachable to their customers. Common US PIZZA!! Improve your customer service to make business. Todayâs world, your service is below than ordinary stuff.
To order a pizza, it took me 2hrs, and the result was UNAVAILABLE.
Positives - You get most of the medicines which may be uncommon in normal medical shops. They have lot of stuff in store
Price : Although all medical shops give min 10% discount on medicenes. Karuna medicals wont give discount even after advertising 10% discount saying " Not on this Medicene " ( This is for any medicene you take basically ).
Even if you have purchsased Medicenes above 100rs which should have a discount , they would argue.
Note: They usually don't have a habit of giving the small change back & ask customers to take something. If you want to swipe your card , minimum amount is Rs200
Service: Employees working there , including the cashier are rude.

Lately, impetus owner Gaarav started collecting Rs 50/- from every candidate as a registration fee.
Registration fee is NOT A ONE TIME CHARGE. Every time you go to the consultancy, either by ad or direct walking, you have pay this amount and register again
It is strongly recommended that candidates walking directly to the companies for the interview
