Embarrassing..... That is it overall. They don't value customers. I really had terrible experience there - worst in till my life.I bought "Samsung Galaxy Note 2" on 15% cash back offer (31-05-2013). And they instructed to use SBI card for availing cash back. (I had Three credit cards at that time standard chartered, Citi and SBI). I was waiting for the cash back for nearly two months, -nothing came. Then started following up with the shop people they never answered properly, in fact given misleading answers. Then I called up Samsung call center and came to know the SBI card does not have this offer. more embarrassingly the other two cards which i hods had that offer. They clearly mislead me and i lost 5400 INR as cash back.(In fact i purchased that model just because of this cash back offer). And they behave rudely on every follow up visits asking for this cash back.
