DO NOT GO HERE!
The service is terrible, the hairdressers have no idea how to cut hair or any opinion or passion about it. being such a reputed parlour, i thought the service would be much better! i went for a simple trim to maintain the haircut but the hairdresser simply made everything worse! he cut my hair in such a terrible manner that i could not leave it open at all after that! i earlier had a layered cut which he completely destroyed and cut most of my hair very short with a few long strands underneath. on pointing out his mistake, he just made another random snips here and there and ruined it further. even then, my hair was cut very uneven and looked terrible!
Other than this, when the person came to blowdry my hair, he asked me what i wanted and he only seemed to know two ways of blow drying - curly or straight. nothing in between. i later realised he had never blowdried hair before. even after this, they did nothing to conceal this fact even when the guy who cut my hair kept screaming at him telling him to learn properly before trying.
When i am paying so much money for professional service, why would you make some unexperienced person TRY to dry my hair. even if you want to teach him, atleast inform before you let him try his hand at drying my hair!
this place is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. i would not recommend it to anyone!
