I really regret our decision of placing our furniture order (about 2 lakhs) with Rahul Furniture. They have a really big showroom and we liked the stuff on display, hence trusted them that they'll do a good quality job. While taking the order, their person Azeez was very polite and promised to make the furniture as per our specifications and good quality finish; afterwards it became very difficult to reach him. They delivered very bad quality furniture in a horrible finish, every piece has scratches, chipped off edges, red paint marks on white cots etc . We had ordered sofa, centre table, dining table and two single cots . There is not a single piece of furniture that came in good shape. When we spoke to even the owner Rahul, to our surprise he was very rude and said they do not take any responsibility about packing and the condition in which the furniture arrives... This is just not the way to become a trustworthy business !! It has been a very sad experience for us , they have made a total mess. We advise people to refrain from placing orders with them or be really careful and prepared.
