I am not sure how your service is with other customers but I have been at receiving end of very poor service and very bad case of unprofessional salesmanship at Jumbo Electronics at V3s Mall, Delhi- India.
I went to the above mentioned store on 4th November and was interested in buying Sony 42W850A. The price quoted by the salesperson Iqbal was Rs. 70,000 . I said i will buy the TV over weekend to which the salesperson said that's ok. I again called up Iqbal on 6th November to confirm the price and mentioned that I will come on Satuday to buy the TV to which the salesperson confirmed the price and asked me to come on Saturday. Now when i went to buy the TV on Saturday , the salesperson simply refused that he quoted the price and said that whatever he said was valid for just 1 day only. He also refused that he confirmed the price over the phone on 6th November. Infact he started laughing at me saying how can we give this TV at such a discounted price. This has left a very bad impression of Jumbo in my mind and I would never recommend anyone to go to such a store that has such unprofessional and rude behavior towards their customers.
