I had purchased my vehicle Chevrolet sail as per the references cited above from Geeyem Motors Pvt Ltd, Palakkad Kerala.
I am native of palakkad and work for a reputed corporate, at Trivandrum techno park and had submitted all the related documents viz, Salary slips, employment letter and Letter from HR stating that I work for the organization etc were submitted well in advance before the purchase of my vehicle to avail the corporate discount.
When I took the delivery of my vehicle, I was informed that Geeyem Motors need time to process my Corporate discount and in a period of 30 days it will be done and the amount will be credited to my account.
I had been contacting the Sales Manager of the palakkad showroom regularly for the updates and every time I was informed that it is in process and I will get an update soon.
Over a period of time, I could understand nothing is happening and when I met him in person, he informed me about an ERROR happened at his end that he wrongly mentioned me as a Government Doctor and so he needs time to correct the mistake. I bought his alibi and continued to wait.
When there was no development over a period of time, I asked the sales manager of Geeyem Motors palakkad for the contact details of his reporting Manager so that I can escalate this issue. But the reply which he gave was the most ridiculous reply which I had ever got from a sales person. He told me to GOOGLE IT OUT.
Now after 6 months of follow up with this particular person on a weelky basis, he had informed me that he is having least expectations that i will get the money (Rs.5000/-). So now I am at the loosing point and will be loosing the money for someone's irresponsibility and incapability as a sales or service personnel.
If any one of you has to deal with this showroom, please take everything in writing from this sales manager and take his superior's mail id and phone number before placing the order for your vehicle in this particular show room.
