The very first time I went there, I was very impressed with the food that was Indian, but the taste was out of the world. The food here is primarily Gujrati/ Rajasthani cuisine. There are no menu cards on offer in this restaurant, thalis are the mandatory servings. The big thali is full of dals, kadhis, curries, pickles and chutneys, served with hot, fluffy and fresh rotis. The servers and waiters keep bringing fresh rotis from the kitchen and serve them hot. The food is unlimited and has great variety.
