Poor delivery from Reliance Living Manthri Mall, Bangalore shop
I had purchased the Aram sofa (2 chairs) and informed them to delivery to Transport from there we will take to our home town
After a long story like goods are on the way, loading in auto, auto is on the way, it will deliver in 1 hour from Sandeep (who is incharge of floor) finally said Warehouse has strike, so goods cannot be delivered
After hiring the lorry to carry all purchased goods, i couldnt hold for a day more to get the goods from Reliance, so finally they have send it in separate transport which is additional charges to me.
Its not stopped to there, the below example shows the heights of their negligence:
They have sent the goods with a mouse inside, which inturn come out while opening the box in our home and disturbs us a lot
Second thing is they have not send the screws for fitting, even now after 2 months follow up
Its my kind advice that, Please dont ever purchase the things from Reliance Living, Manthri Mall, Bangalore shop
