I purchased 42 inch Sony Bravia LED TV on 26 Oct 2013 and in the promotional offer I was to be given a free Onida home theatre system worth Rs 12,000/- . The e zone people kept on delaying the delivery of HT Onida. Ultimately I had to collect it from their
Shop. The HT onida which was given was a used and old one in damaged condition. The very next day it was returned back. The
E zone staff dipicted an indifferent attitude towards me and are delaying the delivery of the replacement. It is almost a month now
and the delivery is not complete.
I would like to warn all the customers not to make any purchases from e zone as they make false promises of delivering the free
Promotional stuff and even if they give, it will be an old and used stuff.
