I had my worst experience of customer service ever! I am kinda shopaholic with sufficient experience to understand poor service from a normal or an excellent one and, not new to renowned stores like shoppers stop, lifestyle or other stores.. Utter carelessness with the female staff at the billing desk while waiting for them to bill and the security pointing to my bag and asking me to pick it myself has forced me to decide never to step in a westside mall again. I would understand if the billing desk at least made a excuse for not attending me after their 10 min long chit chat about some aunt, and if the security spoke in an apologetic or at least a convincing tone.
