Never expect them to deliver on time. On one occassion they delivered food at 4.30pm instead of 12.30 pm, we had to arrange food for the guests from restaurant. We were their regular customers for our christmas and easter requirements. Ours was Cash on Delivery terms and we have never delayed or post-poned payment. Last time when I placed order Mr.Kevin accepted and after two days when I called to confirm the time he did not pick up my calls. When I called from another phone he picked up and said he will revert back, but did not. I sent a message saying if it is not possible to cater to our order he could tell us so we will find another alternative. But he did not have the courtesy to even reply to my message. A very bad experience. Just imagine what would be the case if you rely on such caterers for a huge gathering like weddings?!!!!!!!!!
