Name Naveen Kumar way bill no 954192, new way bill no 923429 you have very worst service. i never see this type of worst service before ..... your customer service rating is zero, customer satisfaction is zero. your customer care rating zero, customer service rating zero, all over service rating zero........ i am waiting for my product at my home and i call to red express customer care first i stay on line for 1 hour after that one of red express customer care executive executive attend my call and commit me ....my product will be deliver with in 1 hour..... but all was fake commitment .. i did not receive my product still next evening than i make call again to customer care than a madam pick my call and told me .... i will call you back sir with in 10 minute ... but i wait for 3 hours but i did not receive any call to her... than i make call again to customer than one more executive attend my call and told me your courier is RTO. WTF is this service i did not understand and i did not experience ever before ...... i do not know if you are bothering to customer like this than who you are surviving in market.......thanks for your worst service and bad experience ...
