Pathetic Service .... They show and behave as if they are the geeks who know in and out of mobile technology and they can fix any and every phone in this world. Reality is just opposite. For a small issue in my phone they make me visit thrice to there Bangalore BTM Layout store. and after fixing that they damaged my mobile speaker. Once I told them that I am not gonna pay for the speaker repair, they stopped all the communication and kept my phone for three days. Every day I used to call and get the same update that one more day they need. And finally when I asked my phone back in the same defective condition they shamelessly ask for another 3 days time. Honestly they don't care about customer satisfaction, they think that by only flashy lights and showoff they can fool people and earn money..
