It is one of the worst courier services in India! I had sent a courier (consignment no. 372976752 booked on 8th January 2014) for Ajmer Sharif. 2 weeks later, they returned it saying that there is no service in Ajmer! and the package was fiddled with..it was completely torn, they had also material from the package and damaged the remaining stuff. On calling at customer care, they said that trackon does not have any responsibility! The worst courier service... go only for dtdc, blazeflash and bluedart.. all these small, local companies are unprofessional and incompetent.
