iTS really really really worst experince with MANSANI CONSTRUCTIONS.my appeal to all is dont get tempted with ads of MANSANI CONSTRUCTIONS at very important parts of the city.MANSANI and its MD Mr.and Mrs.Kishore are just money suckers and not at all dedicated at work completion.All the customers of Mansani Constructions of Tirumala Residency(4kms from Nagaole X ROADS) ARE IN JUST HELPLESS SITUATION.Most of th customers loans were sanctioned and monthly cutting of loan also started..but there work is in not going forward...I paid a big amount but the work is not going on.They use very low quality material for construction.After all the site of Tirumala residency is in DISPUTES.They did'nt tell the customers before about the land issue before but took money..Work is not going on because of LAND DISPUTES .Some political big shots are involved in this.A man named KV SATHYANARAYANA REDDY ,reportedly a congress man is also involved in this.Some of customers gave the payment .Thie construction was started up to slab level but lated they were destructed KV SATHYANARAYANA REDDY's goondas and they occupied the land.His goons stay at site 24/7.If you dont believe in all my words once go to the site and talk to customers there..They will be mostly avalilable at sundays.especially in mornings..You really find people crying there..Once the customers are also threatened by rowdies of Mr.Kishore ,MD ,Mansani constructions.
