I booked a driver for a 4 day tour and promptly i got SMS about the dreiver details.Next day morning driver reported without his ID.And I (71yrs)and my wife (65 yrs) stareted our trip.After travelling for about 200kms driver asked money for food saying food expences are not covered in his wages fixed at Rs 750 per day.Then in the evening around 6pm we reached Murudeshwar which is 500kms from Blr.Then the driver told thathe should be given accomodation or else he will go back.I tried to contact their office for nearly 2hrs and not getting connected.Then driver was getting restless and asked for rs1500 to go back.I paid him rs800 and he went back.Next day we had toattend a marriage 10kms away and took a private taxi for two days at a cost of rs4000.In the mean time i contacted their office and informed.After an hour or so somebody (mobile no 9036455466) and said sorry and bla..bla Again after the function i contacted them and asked forareplacement driver.But shockingly same driver called add said sorry.Also told that he will come but was hinting for his bus charge.Then i contacted their executive on hismobile and told him about the driver calling and informed that i will come back to bengalore and told them that they should compensate for all the harasment.and they were pleadind sorry and assuring that this will not happen again.Then i reached blr by takin a driver for rs2000.After reaching them i am repeatedly trying to contact from last 2 days and no resonse.This is a really horrible experiance for a senior citizen. I am planning to report this to cosumer forum and senior citizen forum in police commissioner office as they are not taking any responsibilty Jagannath 9844006654 (
