I bought a Samsung Galaxy core from this store in Jan, and within 1 month i started facing issues with this product. Once i realized that, I took the phone to the store and they took it in for service promising that they would fix the issue and return the phone back in a day's time.
It took them 3 days to give my phone back and in those three days I had to call them at least 5 times a day asking for the update. Once I got my phone back, I worked fine for 2 days and the 3rd day the same problem started again. I called up those guys and informed them that it is still not fixed. They took it again for servicing and this time they took 4 days to return the phone back to me and when they finally did, it turned out that the screws from the back of the body of the phone were missing and so I had to return it back to them.1 day after getting the phone back, it started giving me problems again.
Now in all this, all the store guys kept telling me was that this is not there responsibility if the product is not working fine, and how they have mentioned everything in the invoice. I called up the customer care and they connected me to the "Manager" over there who I think should be sent back to the school since she has absolutely no etiquette.
Now they are neither ready for product replacement nor they are ready to refund the amount to me.
So If anyone is thinking of buying anything from ANY sangeetha store in Bangalore, please don't. There are a lot of other Reliable and Trustworthy stores out there. Since they are just a bunch of cheats who after selling a product( if at all it's genuine) take no responsibility of it afterwards.
