I had a worst experience at Pulse8 mehdipatnam branch. None of the trainers care about you and the management is also very unfriendly and unprofessional. They are not flexible with the customers and they don't even listen to their problems. They only care about fees and the trainers teach you only if you choose personal training which is worth Rs 5000. I did cardio for only 1 day after I paid the fees and I had to leave abroad on some office work so I requested the management to forward my fees to next month as I've don gym only for 1 day but the management were so rude by saying do gym or don't that's your problem the money can't be refunded or extended to next month or transferred to another person. My friend also had a problem with this gym, he asked the management to wait for the monthly fees which has to paid on 28th for 2 days as he would get his salary on 1st but the management was so commercial and pathetic that they didn't allow him to continue for the next 2 days unless he paid his monthly fees. In this present competitive world customer satisfaction plays a major role and if the behaviour of the pulse 8 gym management continues the same then they are not going to survive for much long in the future.
