I love the regime and workout technic that mickey mehta has offered over the years... i spen a long time contemplating between talwalkars or golds gym... but i heard of this place as the only place that makes you do equipment free workouts along with yoga and everything.... this has changed my life completely ..i feel that i am 16 again...always remember ...the ancient concepts are the best concepts and that is what this place does
I have been a member earlier... this place has improved by leaps and bounds... the workout patter and schedule is absolutely fantastic...the infrastructure is not fancy at all.. it looks like a house but don't let that fool you... this has been the only place that has bought me results...i hope my family and friends join too ...im sure it will be great ... this is worth it and i am glad i gave this a last chance..!!
