To Mr. Ashok Panwar I regret to inform you about my recent experience at your shiva authorized service center. I handed over my car (Beat DL6CM 5526) on 18/03/14 to Mr. Sanjeev for regular service. At the time of handing over the car, a few minor scratches were brought to my notice. I acknowledged the same. But when I received my car back from your service center, I was shocked to see some fresh scratches on it. I immediately brought it to the notice of Mr. Sanjeev who didn't seem much bothered. Initially he denied any manhandling from the service center's end. But since the scratches were fresh which could be easily corroborated by their appearance, he asked me to lodge a complaint with you.
