I have very worst experience with customer care executieves with Axis Bank in sahakar nagar Branch.
they are very slow in resolving bthe issues, no respect for customer's time, they fool people for different types of offers once customer is ready to transfer their Home loan to other bank. later they never bother about the same offer.
nobody attends telephone in Home loan department...( litterally I tried them reaching over phone continuously 2 days and their 3 telephone numbers: 23623601/02/03 rings continuosly but no body picks it..!!!) ..they expects all the way customer needs to visit branch for all simple issues... highly inconvinience to customers.... Worst customer experience. Please be careful banking with Axis Bank.
