well, first of all, this is not Samsung Digital Plaza...it is some other name that i could not catch because of the thick accent of the lady who answered. second, they are not exclusive samsung dealers. third, the staff is incompetent and rude. the lady who answered my call cannot speak good hindi or english and doesn't even know how to transfer the phone to the proper person. the second time around it did go thru and the person who answered rudely said they don't have what i want (the high-end side by side refrigerator) on display and banged the phone down. thanks for doing me a favor, pal!! i'll take my business elsewhere.
