I started Insta-Sculpt with 82 kg in Jan'14 within just 2 months i lost 6 kg with 3 inches on the waist. The diet worked very well & the overall results were very good . I extended my program by another 2 months to correct other parts which is also progressing well.The staff is extremely courteous & helpful .
